Froggat provides a platform for farmers to connect and buy or sell machinery and equipment. As such, Froggat does not facilitate or guarantee returns, refunds, or exchanges. These matters are solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller to negotiate.

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

  1. Buyers

    • Review listings carefully and communicate with sellers to clarify any questions before making a purchase.

    • Inspect items thoroughly upon receipt and address any concerns directly with the seller.

  2. Sellers

    • Accurately describe the condition, specifications, and details of the item in the listing.

    • Clearly state your terms for returns or refunds (if applicable) in your listing.

Froggat’s Role

  • Froggat does not mediate disputes or enforce return/refund agreements.

  • We recommend using our messaging tools to document all communications for reference in case of a disagreement.

Best Practices for Buyers and Sellers

  • Ensure clarity: Buyers should ask detailed questions, and sellers should provide transparent answers.

  • Use safe and verifiable payment methods for all transactions.

  • Agree on return/refund terms before finalizing the sale.
